Barangay Manga is located at the northern coastal part of the City of Tagbilaran, five kilometers away from the city proper. It can be reached both by land and water transportation. The major occupation of the people is fishing. The daily catch of the fishermen are sold at the Manga Public Market, at the Central Market and at the markets of neighboring towns. People from the neighboring barangays and towns buy fresh fish and other sea products at the barangay market for their daily consumption.
