Brief Description
 

Barangay Mansasa is located on the southern part of the city, just a minute ride from the city proper. It is bordered on the north by Barangay Dampas, Bool to the east, Poblacion 1 and 2 on the west ran Strait to the south. Mansasa is one of the smallest barangays in the city with only 82.9 hectares.
 
 
Vision & Mission
 
The second workshop enabled the members of the council to re-evaluate and familiarize the barangay’s vision and mission. The vision and mission serve as guide and overall direction of the council in their plans and projects. These were crafted in consonance to the city’s vision and mission as well.
 
Due to time constraints the vision and mission were thoroughly analyzed during the scheduled time for the workshop. However, it was reviewed the following day and was further revised to reflect the barangay’s aspirations.
 
Exhaustion and time constraints limited the participants’ zest to improve on their vision and mission during its revisiting. The content of the vision and mission were already substantial. The group easily identified salient points lacking in their vision and mission. The group held on until the evening to finish the workshop. A styling committee was formed to further polish the vision and mission.
