Brief Description
 

Poblacion III is the most populous of the 3 Poblacions mainly because it is mostly residential unlike the other two which are highly commercial.
 
The barangay is situated at the center of the city, bounded on the west and south by the two other Poblacions, by Cogon and Dampas to the north, and by Mansasa to the east.
 
It has a population of 6,234, and an area of 70.7 hectares, slightly larger than Poblacion II.  
 
 
Vision
 
We envision a pro-God people,a progressive, peace loving, with high value of morality, economically stable, with more business establishment and employment, clean and friendly environment.
 
 
Mission
 
We commit ourselves to deliver basic services to our Constituents.  Invite investors to put up business Establishment. To give livelihood projects to out of school Youth. To maintain the clean and green program.
