Barangay San Isidro is located on the eastern part of the city. It is bordered by the Municipality of Corella on its east, by Barangays Cabawan and Tiptip on its north, Dao on its west and Dampas on its south. It is one of the largest barangays in the city with an area of 429.4 hectares, but one of the least populated with only 4 500 inhabitants.
