Barangay Ubujan is located six kilometers north of the City of Tagbilaran resting at the foot of Elley Hill. Its land area is 145.6149 hectares extending to the coastline. It has a rolling terrain that gradually rises towards the hill. It has a population of 5,412 people.
This is a big plain that is conducive for farming and other products. It is located along the national high way where transportation is not a problem. Those people living near the seashore earn their living by fishing.
Most of the people of the Barangay are Catholics, fervent and strong in their faith. The feast day of Ubujan is June 13 annually and the Patron saint is St. Anthony of Padua.
Most of the residents at present are educated, social and cultural events are being undertaken, young and old residents participate native or folk as well as modern dances
